Team management tool to aid in the testing, planning and management of projects.
Monday.com:
Collaborative, team management tool that allows for project and timeline tracking.
SharePoint:
Internal portal that acts as a communication and knowledge channel between the different areas of the organisation.

Daily Stand-Up
15-minute catch-up sessions in the morning to understand what everyone is working on and to highlight any blockers.
Consists of 3 questions:

- Do you have any impediments/blockers?
